Fundstrat’s crypto strategist Sean Farrell warned that the digital asset market could see a pullback in the first half of 2026, even as the long-term uptrend remains intact. He suggested that investors may need to digest near-term risks before higher prices resume. The firm’s 2026 Crypto Outlook projects Bitcoin at $60,000 to $65,000, Ethereum at $1,800 to $2,000, and Solana at $50 to $75. Those levels are described as potential buying opportunities before year-end.

Even if the forecast proves to be incorrect, the team said they would stay defensive until a clear trend strength is confirmed before taking action. For year-end targets, the analysts pegged Bitcoin at around $115,000 and Ethereum at about $4,500. Farrell also highlighted Ethereum’s relative strength, noting no significant miner selling pressure, limited impact from MicroStrategy-related factors, and relatively low concerns about quantum computing risk.
