Ethereum spot ETFs recorded $174.43 million in net inflows on January 2, breaking a pattern of year-end redemptions. Grayscale’s ETHE led all funds with $53.69 million in inflows, while Grayscale’s mini ETH trust added $50.03 million. BlackRock’s ETHA attracted $47.16 million as per the latest data. The January 2 inflows pushed weekly totals to $160.58 million, the first positive week since December 12 when Ethereum ETFs attracted $208.94 million.
The year-end selling pressure reversed sharply on January 2 as investors returned from the holiday break. The rebound followed a holiday lull, with investors returning to Ethereum exposure and reversing selling pressure. The move signals renewed appetite for ETF exposure tied to Ethereum.
