Doma Protocol is building an on-chain tokenization infrastructure for domain assets with a focus on liquidity and user experience. Recent activity shows cumulative trading volume nearing $18.32 million and more than 724,500 transactions to date. On-chain tokenized assets total around 40,000, and the platform has over 8,296 unique wallets.
Liquidity pools such as USDC.e-ETH and USDC.e-SOFTWARE.AI underpin active trading and market activity. Updates include improved compatibility with the EIP-7702 wallet standard to optimize listing and offer functions, and the v7.2.0 release redesigned the homepage and tightened onboarding to reduce entry barriers for new users.
The launch of the .llc top-level domain on the mainnet expands available namespaces, enabling broader commercial use. The team has begun initial design work for a subdomain trading feature to enable trading of subdomains, moving beyond a simple hold-or-sell dynamic. Within the ecosystem, the community-owned omads.xyz domain has gained momentum, counting 66 owners and 45 community subdomains, illustrating a growing on-chain community identity. The project emphasizes providing technical support and ecosystem expansion to deliver practical liquidity through domain-based assets.
