Hanwha Investment & Securities announced on January 14, 2026 that it is launching an enterprise-wide program to cultivate specialized talent toward realizing its Global No.1 RWA Hub vision. The initiative aims to strengthen employees’ digital literacy and build practical digital capabilities to bridge digital assets with traditional finance.

The program features two tracks: an offline Leader Digital Insight course running across four sessions from January 14 to February 5, and an online Company-wide Digital Common course running from January 12 to February 11. These courses cover digital assets business model design, Web3-based growth strategies, and reconfiguring work practices in the AI era to help leaders craft practical digital business strategies.

Hanwha Investment & Securities notes that it will leverage its newly established Digital L&D Center to push a range of initiatives, including a regularly issued digital newsletter and an AI-focused bootcamp, as it pursues digital finance innovation. Kim Do-hyeong, head of the Innovation Support Office, stated that ‘digital assets and AI technologies are critical to the competitiveness of the financial market, and this training will lay the foundation for the company to become the Global No.1 RWA Hub.’
