Bybit, the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, announced the launch of the Bybit Card in Georgia. The card enables residents to spend cryptocurrency at Mastercard-accepting merchants, subject to applicable terms and regional availability. Georgia is one of the most dynamic markets in the region, and Bybit Georgia’s Tekla Iashagashvili said they are excited to introduce the Bybit Card.

The Bybit Card offers instant virtual card access upon approval, supports multiple cryptocurrencies, and includes EMV 3-D Secure protection, with broad global acceptance. In supported regions, the card can be linked to Google Pay for contactless payments, and a physical card is available. Bybit is launching a 10% cashback promotion for eligible cardholders, capped at the USD equivalent of up to $150 for new users and up to $75 for existing users.

Eligibility requires an initial deposit of at least $100 within 30 days of card approval, and only cryptocurrency payments count toward cashback. Sophie Chen, Bybit’s Head of Marketing for its Payment Business Unit, said the initiative aims to empower users with seamless, secure, and rewarding crypto payment experiences. Bybit’s rollout in Georgia underscores its commitment to bridging digital assets and everyday spending, while Pave Bank’s leadership highlighted compliant banking infrastructure and payments connectivity for the Georgian market.
