Securitize, a real-world asset tokenization platform, announced on the 27th the appointment of Giang Bui as Vice President of Issuer Growth. Bui previously led Nasdaq’s US Stocks and ETP division and oversaw digital asset ETF listing strategies, including bitcoin spot ETFs, coordinating with issuers, regulators, liquidity providers, and legal teams to design and approve listings.

Before joining Securitize, Bui held roles at Cboe Global Markets and the New York Stock Exchange, where he managed listings and index development across major exchanges. In his new role, he will lead issuer recruitment and broaden institutional partnerships, accelerating the firm’s path into the regulated tokenization market.

Securitize has partnered with global financial players such as BlackRock, Apollo, KKR, and BNY Mellon to support on-chain issuance of traditional assets, with assets under management around four billion dollars. Market observers expect the hire to bolster credibility with institutional investors and potentially accelerate IPO or SPAC listing initiatives. Carlos Domingo, Securitize’s CEO, stated that the tokenization market is moving toward standardization and resilience, and Bui’s experience will be a valuable asset for issuers seeking access to the regulated tokenization market.
