OFAC updated the sanctions list targeting Iran’s terrorism and proliferation networks. Senior IRGC commanders, the head of the Revolutionary Guards’ information organization, and senior law enforcement officials were added to the Specially Designated Nationals list. Most of those designated face secondary sanctions risk.
