Intercont (Cayman) Limited released its 2026 strategic outlook, signaling a pivotal inflection point for cross-domain presence and value transformation. The plan keeps shipping as the core growth engine while actively pursuing high-potential sectors, including expanding ro-ro green shipping and strategically acquiring zCloak to build a multi-dimensional growth matrix of Green Shipping + Web3 & AI Infrastructure. It emphasizes the deep integration of the digital and real economies and the opportunities arising from the restructuring of global industrial division of labor. In 2026, Intercont will continue to prioritize optimizing its core business, improving operational efficiency and cost structure to achieve steady cash flow growth while embedding compliance across processes for multi-sector expansion.
To enter Web3 and acquire AI and digital finance capabilities, Intercont signed a Memorandum of Understanding with zCloak in December 2025 to pursue a minority stake of up to 50% in Starks Network Ltd. zCloak combines AI-trusted infrastructure with digital finance, including an Agent Trust Protocol that binds a traceable digital identity to each AI agent and a stablecoin payment stack enabling programmable cross-border settlements. Its ‘AI proposes, human approves’ risk controls and multi-chain wallet support for USDC and USDT are designed to shorten settlement times and reduce costs. If realized, post-acquisition integration would enable Intercont to apply zCloak’s AI identity and auditing tech to shipping operations and to leverage stablecoin payments to lower capital costs and currency risk.
These capabilities would position Intercont to differentiate along the dual lines of AI + Shipping and Digital Finance + Shipping, delivering secure, efficient, and low-cost intelligent solutions to global customers. The plan calls for phased deployment of AI-ready data center nodes in Turkey, leveraging its geographic position as a hub connecting European technology, Middle Eastern energy, and Asian manufacturing, with pilots in finance and telecommunications before expanding cross-border services across Asia, Europe, and Africa. This will be reinforced by integrating zCloak’s technology to form a closed loop of technology-infrastructure-scenario and by cultivating a local talent pool through partnerships with universities and research institutions. The CEO Ms. Muchun Zhu emphasized that 2026 marks a shift to AI infrastructure growth while maintaining the cash-flow base from shipping, building a long-term platform with compounding growth.
