McDermott Will & Schulte announced on Wednesday that it has added a money transmitter licensing attorney from Ketsal PLLC to its cryptocurrency team. The firm describes its crypto unit as the industry’s only crypto-exclusive team dedicating 100% of its practice to digital asset matters, with both the new hire and Rosini based in New York.
“Regulatory complexity should not slow innovation,” Rosini said, underscoring the belief that oversight can coexist with growth. The addition broadens the team’s licensing and regulatory compliance capabilities to navigate money transmitter regimes in digital assets.
