Web3 Foundation has announced plans to gradually shut down its official Polkadot support services. Existing support contact points will be closed within a week following the announcement, and the AI chatbot will also be taken offline. Additionally, the content on support pages will no longer be maintained, marking a strategic shift toward community-driven channels such as Discord, Reddit, and Telegram for user assistance.
This move signals a broader transition toward relying on community channels to handle inquiries and provide guidance, aligning support with user-led forums and real-time discussions. The Foundation aims to empower the community to manage support interactions as Polkadot evolves through wider participation. Users are advised to engage with official community channels for ongoing updates and assistance, as the Polkadot ecosystem continues to adapt to a more collaborative support model.
