String Metaverse Ltd. appointed Mr. Sai Kotha Venkata, a former Capital One technology leader with approximately 19 years of experience, as Technical Advisor on 27 February 2026. The company simultaneously launched a global AI agent infrastructure initiative, establishing a Singapore-based entity to develop an “Agentic Workforce Platform” for deploying specialized AI agents across financial markets, payments, and enterprise operations. This platform is designed to deploy thousands of specialized AI agents globally across various sectors.
The Singapore entity will be led by Executive Director Krishna Mohan Meenavalli in collaboration with the new Technical Advisor. The Singapore entity will have a proposed ownership structure with UM Family Trust holding 45%, String Metaverse Ltd. 25%, Sai Kothavenkata 25%, and Key Personnel Pool 5%.
The initiative encompasses multiple strategic areas of development, including tokenization of real-world assets; AI-driven risk management and financial intelligence systems; high-frequency trading and market-making technologies. It also covers capital-efficient automated financial strategies; agent-to-agent commerce and micropayment infrastructure powered by stablecoins; and autonomous enterprise operations.
The Canada-based fintech platform, String Payx, will serve as a central component in enabling global agentic payment rails and programmable transactions between autonomous systems. This integration demonstrates the company’s comprehensive approach to AI-driven financial infrastructure. String Metaverse operates across multiple international markets including Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, India, Singapore, and Canada. The company’s activities span blockchain infrastructure, trading technology, tokenization platforms, and programmable finance networks, positioning it as a diversified technology enterprise in the Web3.0 space.
