Bitcoin’s price rose around 2.9% in the last 24 hours, crossing $72,000. Cardano, Dogecoin, Solana and Ethereum posted higher gains than Bitcoin among the major cryptocurrencies. The broader crypto market gained roughly 2.5% to about $2.5 trillion.
ASST climbed as much as 6% in pre-market trading, leading crypto-linked equity gains. BMNR advanced more than 4.5% and MSTR gained about 3.8% in pre-market trade. Coinbase and Gemini also traded higher in early action.
Among altcoins, Cardano advanced nearly 5% to about $0.275, leading gains among crypto majors. Dogecoin rose around 4.7% and Solana added about 3.7%, while Ethereum climbed to above $2,100 with a roughly 2.2% gain. ADA remains about 91% below its record high of $3.09 set in 2021.
