Transuite.Org Inc. (TRSO), a U.S. public company, has entered into a long-term strategic cooperation with the Australian Fintech Group (AFT) and AEEC INTERNATIONAL PTY LTD and intends to acquire a 51% equity stake in AEEC, the operator of the AUXSTO digital asset platform. AEEC is registered with AUSTRAC as a Digital Currency Exchange Provider. The partnership aims to develop a global Web3 financial infrastructure, a comprehensive digital asset trading platform, and to upgrade AUXSTO’s technology.

The collaboration envisions a four-segment closed-loop model spanning payments, public-chain services, intelligent terminals, and the AUXSTO trading platform to deliver liquidity and asset pricing. AEEC will enable direct fiat-to-crypto conversions between AUD, USD, and cryptocurrencies, enhancing compliance and liquidity. AUXSTO is positioned under AUSTRAC regulation with a focus on asset trading, risk control, multi-chain support, and ecosystem token value discovery.

Management commentary frames the move as infrastructure-driven growth to broaden capital-market access and accelerate global expansion, including Real World Asset opportunities. Rose Fan, TRSO CEO, notes that the inclusion of AUXSTO strengthens TRSO’s strategy and could enhance its competitive position in global Web3 fintech. Synergistic advantages include leveraging TRSO’s public company platform and capital-market resources to accelerate Web3 fintech and digital payment system development, while AFT expects to expand global presence and brand influence.

The deal remains subject to closing conditions and regulatory approvals, with risks including integration challenges and market acceptance. If completed, TRSO would become a key player in Australian and global digital asset markets, benefiting from direct regulatory compliance and fiat-crypto conversion capabilities. This alliance is expected to create new revenue opportunities and expand TRSO’s technological infrastructure, potentially driving growth and shareholder value.
