Strategy, the world’s largest public holder of Bitcoin, added 1,031 BTC for $76.6 million last week, according to an 8-K filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The purchases were executed at an average price of $74,326 per coin, below Strategy’s overall average acquisition price of $75,694. The new purchases lift Strategy’s total BTC holdings to 762,099 BTC, acquired for approximately $57.69 billion. Bitcoin traded around $70,871 for the week of March 16–22, based on daily closing prices.

The acquisition price remains below the company’s overall cost basis, reinforcing Strategy’s long-term accumulation approach as the largest public holder of Bitcoin. These figures reflect Strategy’s continued expansion of its Bitcoin stake and the ongoing pattern of gradual accumulation.
