T-REX Network and Zama have integrated a native confidentiality layer into the T-REX Ledger, built on fully homomorphic encryption (FHE), to broaden on-chain RWA tokenization on regulated public blockchains. By combining Zama’s FHE technology with the ERC-3643 standard, the collaboration protects hundreds of billions of tokenized assets while enabling compliant on-chain operations. Apex Group backs T-REX Ledger as a multi-chain RWA orchestration layer and has pledged to tokenize up to $100 billion in assets by June 2027. The arrangement addresses the long-standing hurdle where public blockchains expose investor-sensitive data by embedding privacy and regulatory controls directly into the infrastructure.

T-REX Ledger is positioned as a neutral layer-2 solution for regulated digital securities, serving as a common source of truth across cross-chain environments while connecting ERC-3643 tokens to major public blockchains. The architecture integrates identity and regulatory compliance into a single interoperable infrastructure, allowing institutions to engage with the public ledger without sacrificing privacy. Zama’s FHE layer is embedded in T-REX Ledger, enabling confidential on-chain operations while preserving the discretion expected from traditional finance.
