Hive Digital Technologies Ltd., through its BUZZ High Performance Computing subsidiary, announced an agreement with Dell Technologies to deploy its next wave of AI infrastructure for BUZZ’s AI Cloud expansion. BUZZ will deploy a 63-node cluster of liquid-cooled Dell PowerEdge XE9680L servers powering 504 of the latest-generation GPUs, delivered through Dell Integrated Rack Scalable Systems, with delivery and installation at the Bell AI Fabric data center. This project builds on BUZZ’s existing partnership with Bell to expand its sovereign AI Cloud.
BUZZ recently earned Bronze status in the Semi-Analysis ClusterMax rankings, underscoring its leadership in AI cloud infrastructure. In addition to the Bell AI Fabric facility, BUZZ has proprietary high-efficiency liquid-cooled data center designs in Canada and Sweden, with long-lead components being procured for go-live in the second half of calendar 2026. Each Canadian and Swedish site, alongside the Bell facility, will support 2,000 additional GPUs to expand the BUZZ AI Cloud for 2026. BUZZ targets a fleet of over 6,000 latest-generation GPUs for AI cloud by the end of 2026.
This expansion is projected to generate about $120 million in annual run-rate revenue, with an operating margin of 80% after electrical and data center costs, for BUZZ’s AI Cloud once deployed. This increase sits above the company’s current $20 million ARR; combined with over 5,000 GPUs already in operation, BUZZ AI Cloud would total over 11,000 GPUs by end-2026. The Grand Falls, New Brunswick data center — a 70 MW Tier I facility on 32.5 acres — enables BUZZ to upgrade for hyperscaler co-location in a Tier III+ (PUE <1.3) data center, with capacity for over 25,000 latest-generation GPUs. BUZZ's HPC capacity footprint is positioned to advance Canada's position in the global AI race.
