Solana Company reported results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, highlighting a $508 million PIPE transaction, an ATM program to raise additional capital, and a digital asset treasury strategy supported by Pantera Capital and Summer Capital that secured over $500 million in funding.

Revenue for the quarter was $697,000, including staking rewards of $342,000; net loss was $352.8 million, driven by a $30.5 million unrealized loss on digital assets and higher operating costs.

At September 30, 2025, the company held $124 million in cash and $350.2 million in digital assets, with total assets of about $475.9 million and a stockholders’ deficit of $152.4 million.
