On October 31, 2025, Mr. Ronggang Zhang resigned from NFT Limited’s board of directors for personal reasons, effective November 1, 2025. Subsequently, on November 18, 2025, Mr. Shuo (Cooper) Li was appointed as an Independent Director to fill the vacancy, taking on roles in the nominating and corporate governance committee, the audit committee, and the compensation committee. Mr. Li brings significant experience from his previous roles at Saibo Holdings Group Co., Ltd and Beike Holdings Limited. This change in the board is not expected to impact NFT Limited’s operations negatively, as Zhang’s departure was amicable.
Li’s appointment fills the vacancy left by Zhang. His background supports NFT Limited’s governance framework.
