Dunamu, the operator of Upbit, has signed an official partner sponsorship agreement with the Korea Sports Council to back Team Korea ahead of the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics. The signing took place on the 15th at the Olympic Hall in Songpa-gu, Seoul, and was announced on the 16th by Dunamu CEO Oh Kyung-seok, with Korea Sports Council President Yoo Seung Min in attendance.

The deal grants Dunamu the rights to use various intellectual property tied to the partnership, including the insignia of the Korea Sports Association, the official sponsor name, the Team Korea emblem, and the national team’s collective portrait rights. The two sides also plan public campaigns, such as cheering videos for Team Korea ahead of the Games.

Oh Kyung-seok said the collaboration mirrors the drive of national athletes to excel on the global stage, and Yoo Seung Min noted the potential for new synergy between sports and digital innovation through this sponsorship. This sponsorship expands support beyond funding, positioning Dunamu to leverage its platform for sports branding and digital campaigns as Team Korea prepares for the 2026 Games.
