The World Crypto Forum (WCF), a premier global gathering on digital assets, is set to take place in Seoul on February 10–11, 2026. Under the theme “Finance and Digital Asset Convergence,” the forum will explore how digital assets—ranging from stablecoins to real-world assets—could be integrated with blockchain networks to form the future of digital finance. Delegates from North America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, totaling 68 speakers, are expected to attend at the Fairmont Ambassador Seoul in Yeongdeungpo. The program will feature executives from major U.S. financial institutions, including a co-founder of WLFI, and leaders from venture capital and asset management firms.

The COO of a16z’s crypto division will discuss changes in stablecoins, digital asset payments, and the market for real-world assets. a16z is a Silicon Valley-based VC that focuses on digital assets, fintech, and AI among other growth areas. The forum will also address institutional adoption strategies, with the APAC head of Solana outlining adoption tactics and a Chainlink executive discussing how on-chain data enhances trust in DeFi and traditional finance.

Binance’s CEO will discuss regulatory approaches in Asia, including the firm’s recent acquisition in Korea, and Grayscale’s SVP will discuss ETF products and other digital-asset trends. Additional sessions will cover linking trade data to the blockchain and cross-border trade data, with IOTA’s co-founders presenting on cross-border data transfer. Madagascar’s Minister of Digital Development will join a session on blockchain infrastructure pilots, highlighting use cases in agriculture and administration. Registration is open until February 23 at wcforum.mk.co.kr, with a fee of KRW 490,000 including VAT.
