The global cryptocurrency market ended the day lower, with AI, Real World Asset (RWA), and CeFi sectors the only areas showing relative resilience. Elsewhere, the market displayed broad declines across multiple segments. Bitcoin (BTC) fell 0.80% to below $89,000, while Ethereum (ETH) dropped 0.62% to under $3,000. AI, RWA, and CeFi sectors posted gains of 1.81%, 0.98%, and 0.33%, respectively.
In the AI segment, Worldcoin (WLD) surged 18.91% and Kite (KITE) rose 16.09%. In the RWA segment, Pendle (PENDLE) and Sky (SKY) climbed 3.51% and 2.62%. Binance Coin (BNB) rose 0.20% within CeFi. Among other sectors, Layer 2 slipped 0.27% while Mantle (MNT) advanced 2.41%.
Layer 1 declined 0.42%, but Canton Network (CC) bucked the trend with a 6.39% gain. PayFi fell 0.45% as Trust Wallet (TWT) gained 1.82%. DeFi slipped 0.62% while Jito (JTO) surged 20.44%; Meme declined 1.46% and PIPPIN fell 19.66% after yesterday’s surge.
