CEA Industries Inc. (NASDAQ: BNC) announced the appointment of Glenn W. Tyranski to the company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately. The appointment follows the Nominating & Governance Committee’s ongoing search for qualified independent directors. Tyranski brings more than three decades of experience in corporate governance, investor relations, financial reporting and regulatory compliance. He previously held senior roles at the New York Stock Exchange and at leading public accounting and consulting firms, and he currently serves as a partner at WWC, P.C., and in academic roles at King’s College and Long Island University.

‘We are excited to welcome Glenn to the Board,’ said Tony McDonald, Chairman and President, noting his deep understanding of finance, accounting and regulatory compliance. His expertise will support BNC’s growth as a public company and its BNB treasury strategy. Tyranski added that he intends to be a strong voice for effective oversight in the boardroom as BNC positions itself as the leading BNB-dedicated treasury company and seeks long-term value for shareholders.

Following Tyranski’s appointment, the Board is composed of six directors, half of whom joined in the previous five months. Since 2023, Tyranski has been a partner at WWC, P.C., focusing on staff training, leadership development, quality assurance and operational controls. His career includes a role as Managing Director at FTI Consulting and an Executive Director at Ernst & Young, and nearly two decades at NYSE Regulation, where he co-led global listings and compliance for thousands of companies. Tyranski is a CPA licensed in New York and holds an MS in Health Care Administration and a BS in Accounting and Computers & Information Systems from King’s College.
