Fellowship PAC, a cryptocurrency political action committee that pledged to invest $100 million, currently has no actual funds. A spokesperson for Tether said Tether International has no affiliation with Fellowship. The committee’s registration documents list Mitchell Nobel, Cantor Fitzgerald’s Head of Digital Asset Strategy, as treasurer, and Cantor Fitzgerald’s CEO Howard Lutnick, who previously served as U.S. Secretary of Commerce under the Trump administration. The PAC has not raised any funds to date.

The latest disclosures filed with the U.S. Federal Election Commission show no funds raised to date, underscoring a gap between its stated ambitions and on-hand capital. Questions have arisen due to the connections to Cantor Fitzgerald and Lutnick’s former role in government, though Tether denies any association with the group. Observers will be watching whether Fellowship PAC can convert pledges into verifiable funding as disclosures continue.
