Markets across the digital asset space extended yesterday’s gains, with Bitcoin briefly breaking the $72,000 level. In the past 24 hours, the MarketVector Digital Asset 100 Small Cap Index rose 2.57% to 2641.11 points, while the 100 Mid Cap Index gained 4.42% to 2952.55 and later touched 2974.14 points at 22:59 Beijing time. The MarketVector Digital Asset 100 Index rose 2.54% to finish at 14367.63.
Among leading tokens, Dogecoin rose 3.8%, Solana gained 3.96%, and XRP increased 1.91%, contributing to a constructive risk-on tone. Bitcoin itself advanced about 2.79%, trading around $71,313.73 and briefly hitting a session high near $72,013.58 at 19:35 Beijing time. Ethereum rose 2.59% to about $2,172.59.
Overall sentiment remained positive as traders monitored the broader upgrade in the digital asset space. The data from MarketVector’s indexes underscore a renewed bullish tilt for major cryptocurrencies, supported by advances in several marquee tokens.
