Multiple Ethereum Foundation teams have launched the Post-Quantum Ethereum website (pq.ethereum.org), a security portal that documents Ethereum’s post-quantum security plans. The site describes how each protocol layer could be affected by quantum computing, includes a complete post-quantum roadmap (strawmap.org), open-source code repositories and technical specifications, a frequently asked questions section, and an Ethereum interview series produced in collaboration with the Zero Knowledge podcast.
The Ethereum Foundation stated that more than 10 client teams are already building and updating their development networks weekly based on related solutions. They also plan to hold the second closed-door workshop on post-quantum research in Cambridge, UK, in October 2026.
