Flaw Gaming has announced NODE WARS, a new esports competition within its Off The Grid title. The prize pool features $6,000 in GUNZ Nodes for the final triads. Crucially, the prize comprises validator NFTs connected to the GUNZ blockchain ecosystem, enabling winners to continue earning income from blockchain transactions.
The event spans three days on the Firefly server, chosen to maintain consistent playing conditions for all teams. Qualifiers kick off on March 27, with the grand finale slated for March 29. These validator NFTs serve a dual purpose: they symbolize ownership and actively participate in securing the blockchain network and processing in-game transactions. Winners can accrue ongoing income through HEX decodings and transaction fees within the marketplace.
NODE WARS builds on Flaw Gaming’s prior community esports efforts, such as the Pioneer Cup conducted with Gunzilla Games. The event fuses competitive play with blockchain technology, turning players into stakeholders in the game’s expanding digital economy. Registrations are open via Flaw Gaming’s Discord channel, inviting players to compete while investing in a blockchain-powered future. Matches will be streamed with professional commentary by EASTN7, delivering an engaging view experience.
