Circle (CRCL.US), the issuer of the USDC stablecoin, surged over 7% and closed at $94.65 on Monday. The company announced a partnership with Dunamu, the operator of South Korea’s largest virtual asset trading platform Upbit, to collaborate on stablecoins and other digital assets. Dunamu stated that it has signed a comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding with Circle and is discussing cooperation plans in the field of digital assets, including stablecoins, such as jointly promoting educational projects.
The move signals a broader push into crypto finance and education. The agreement outlines potential joint ventures and knowledge-sharing activities. The collaboration underscores ongoing cross-border cooperation in the crypto space, aiming to advance stablecoin initiatives and educational programs for users.
